Dear readers after the popular essay of  my hobby  here is one more all in one essay for you about the importance or the advantages of physical exercise, or Early Rising or Meditation.

Introduction - Exercise has great importance in our life. It is truly said that prevention is better than cure. So we can say that exercise is the real prevention, exercise is the best medicine. Lose something to get something, so if we lose our time and comfort etc for taking exercise, we get its better benefit in future. By taking exercise we can prevent many major diseases, like cancer, blood pressure, diabetes etc. Exercise has the power, which can convert the slim into fat and the fat into slim. We can say that there is no any other powerful treatment as exercise. It is also said that health is wealth, so exercise is the real wealth, but it is only for those people who maintain and care for their health. It makes our mind fresh and keeps our body fit and healthy.
Kinds of exercise - There are many types of exercises that we may participate in. Exercise is better for all caste of people.Many  people have different choices and preferences of exercise. We may play badminton, football, netball or whatever games that we prefer. We may also jog, walk, swim or climb a mountain. Older folks prefer less strenuous exercises like Tai Chi, Yoga or a leisurely stroll in the park. For the really fit young people, there are rock-climbing, gymnastics and other physically demanding activities.
Advantages of exercise - Physical exercise is a form of discipline. It means self- control and sincerity. We need to neglect our idleness. Physical exercise helps in character building. It makes our mind sharp and active. It improves mental strength and capability. It adds to our capability and improves our performance. Physical exercise done in morning keeps us healthy, fit and active for the whole day. Therefore we should take it regularly. It is a must to keep us fit and healthy.
Advantages of early rising - Early rising is also a form of exercise. Early rising is a very good habit. It keeps us healthy. It makes us able to work hard. Early hours are good for our body and mind as well. The air is then cool and fresh. It is very useful for our lungs. It gives them strength. A walk in the early hours keeps us physically fit. A student can study better in the early hours. It is very calm at that time. There is no noise. One can learn better and quickly in the early hours. An early riser can start his work earlier than others. In this way, he can work more. In short, Early Rising is the best way to rise in one’s life. It is said that  “Early to bed and early to rise to make a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
Advantages of meditation – Meditation is a form of mental exercise. The ultimate challenge is to make your mind calm. And the ultimate solution is meditation. In today’s age every second person recommends meditation - to the first! And for a student, there can’t be a more powerful technique to improve long term performance in studies. Calm mind better retention. Better health, focus and concentration are the obvious benefits. You will realize the benefits, as you practice includes a general sense of well being and happiness and spiritual growth. The ‘mood’ problem can be taken care of by this meditation.
Conclusion – Although, today many people have adopted exercise as the necessary part of their life. Some people enjoy morning walk. Some find pleasure in cycling and jogging. Several people like to do gardening or swimming. Many people find it easier and convenient to spend an hour or two in doing work out in a well-equipped gym. Skipping is also a popular way to keep one’s body fit and healthy. These days’ yoga and meditation are also gaining popularity. They are easier to practice and highly effective in keeping one fit and healthy. However, not all the people have taken exercise as seriously. If we are among them, we must adopt it as early as possible.
