Unemployment in our country

(Preface) :-

                Ladies and gentleman, today our country is facing many major problems like terrorism, population, unemployment, dearness, corruption, illiteracy etc. Dear audience, but today I would like to draw your attention towards the problem of unemployment in our country. It goes without saying to you that it is also one of the major problems of our country. I would like to inform you that unemployment is a condition in which a person doesn’t get the work or job or any business according to his ability. We can say that unemployment  occurs when a person who is actively searching for employment but he remains unable to find work.

Unemployment is a major social problem of our country. An idle man cannot find food for him. In order to live he must do some work. Some occupation is necessary to enable man to satisfy his wants. Everywhere there is a constant struggle for an occupation. Only deserving people win the struggle and get occupations. Those who are defeated suffer starvation and misery. In our country many persons are unemployed. Their number is very large. Students are jobless after their education. Unemployment problem is a great problem in our country.

(The reason of unemployment) :-

I would like to mention you here that this condition occurs because of our countries other major problems, like illiteracy, corruption, population increasing, and nepotism etc. These problems work as a link between each other. The other reasons for unemployment, are the lack of skills, the revolution of computerized and machinery system,  the lack of physically fitness, and ill health of our youth etc.

Ladies and gentleman, here I would like to refer you one most important reason of unemployment that ministers and important persons in high positions are now accused of showing favour and sympathy to their own relatives. Further, they are accused of selling jobs at high price. Thus, the children of the rich get employments by paying. The person who cannot afford the price or who have no relations with the important people or poor people remain jobless.

(The preclusion of this problem) :-

Now dear audience, here I am going to suggest you some solutions to uproot this problem from our country. First of all I would like to suggest you that we should keep control over the increasing population and corruption in our country. Most important of all is to check corruption and nepotism in our country.

According to Mahatma Gandhi our present education system keeps our youth away of manual labour. He suggests that a larger part of time should be devoted to manual labour by our students. By doing  so they can learn how to earn their bread in after life. Our students , from their infancy, should be taught to the dignity of labour. Children should not be taught to despise labour. It is of no use, if a farmer’s son after going to school, may not work as an agriculture labour. It is a sad thing that our school boys look upon manual labour with hatred if not contempt.  

Like this we can say that Mahatma Gandhi stressed great importance to the manual labour. But in the present system of education, no student learns it. Self-employment is, therefore, a dream in our country. We must implement manual labour and self-employment system in our education system. We need to apply great change in our education system. Vocational subjects must be taught compulsorily, properly and practically to our students. The students and the skilled people must not depend on the government vacancies and the services. They must start their own business. The capable persons should establish new factories and new companies, so that they may employ other jobless people. The government should encourage to the people, who start their own business. The students must believe in hard work.
