barrister and returned to India. He went to South Africa for a case. When he
saw that Indians were treated badly, he tried to improve their condition.
Friends, He
returned to India and made a tour. He decided to free India from the British
rule. He fought for India’s freedom. He started a Non-Violent Revolt, the
Swadeshi Movement and the Quit India Movement. He went to jail many times to
free India, and dear friends, I would like to inform you that he tried his best
to unite the Hindus and the Muslims, and friends, he also tried to improve the
condition of the Harijans. He also tried to establish the “Ramrajya”. He loved
all people. He wore Khadi. He never spoke lie in his life. He lived a simple
life. He followed the path of Truth and Non-violence (Ahinsa).
Conclusion –
My dear friends
the conclusion is that Mahatma Gandhi
was a kind, gentle and noble man by nature. The people of India loved him and
called him ‘Bapu’. He is the father of our nation. He was one of the world’s
greatest men. He gave us many ideals and his ideals are like lights to guide us
in the hours of darkness. My dear friends, Although he is no alive today, but
his good thoughts and ideas are still alive. His name will remain through
times. My dear friends, at the end I would like to convey my message that we must follow
his good thoughts and ideas.
